The WB2LMV Gateway is located in the Catskill Mountain Region of New York State. It's Internet connection is via a cable service but there is also a satellite Internet service on site in case trees and wires are down in a storm. In case of a power outage backup power is supplied using a home standby Generac system which runs on propane and has two 100 gallon storage tanks. The Gateway is in operation 24/7/365 and is listed on the channels page of this website.

The whole system is powered by a main power plug who is behind a generator and for the dip when power fails there is a UPS for 3400 VA to keep the system running untill the generator has started.
If the generator fails the system can work for 24 hours before everything shuts down.
