LA3F 40m Hybrid. Inet on and off.

Some days, and probably some more days, varying instability will occurr.
40m seems working as a Hybrid Radio Only Station. Other bands do not work.
Trouble with internal LAN as well.
We regret the inconvenience.

XE2EOS gateway back in operation, reduced bands

The full service HyBrid gateway XE2EOS, near the Mexico/Guatemalan border was placed back in operation.
Bands are 40, 30, and 20 meters only. Due to the difficulty in maintaining such a remote system, a new home
in the town beneath the mountain is being sought. Amateurs from Chiapas MX are doing the best they can, but time to
relocate to gain better 24/7 operation.

WX4PCA-10 goes portable 3591.0 Winmor 1600 ( 4/3/2016 )

WX4PCA-10 will be portable for about ten days. It will move about 10 miles to check portability in the case of an emergency. It will
be running on a Dell Dual Core laptop with Trimode on HF NVIS Antenna and RMS Packet on VHF 145.630 from K-NET WX4PCA-7.
This is to make sure that portability is working properly. Please let me know how it works if you check-in and use the RMS Gate.

Outstanding Volunteers

The Winlink system is run entirely by volunteers. Those called Gateway Station Sysops, who support and run over a thousand stations around the world, are special. They are essential for providing the radio network that allows us to use Winlink radio email. Without them, there is no Winlink. If you use Winlink radio email, make sure to thank your sysops by sending them an email to their RMSCALLSIGN-at-winlink.org address.You can find their contact information by mousing over their call sign on the RMS List tab here.

Apart from the Gateway Station Sysops and Development Team, there are other volunteers that run e-mail groups and tutorials, manage user accounts, register software, update the network's assets and catalogs, test and debug products, provide training, and independently write software. They all work together to keep the Winlink system running smoothly. Thank you to all the hardworking volunteers, authors and developers who contribute to the Winlink system.
