W7OWO-10 VHF is changing Frequency

With a the increase of access to the planned 145.090 RMS Gateways that can be used as digipeaters to other 145.090 Gateways and Mail Boxes being set up in the region, I have chosen to move away from 145.080 to 145.030 for the local area VHF RMS Gateway I support for the Newberg/Dundee area activity.

This will be more important once I place the W7YAM-12 RMS Gateway on Chehalem Ridge, five miles north of Newberg, as it could become a hub for accessing the 145.090 linked gateways.

VHF W7YAM-12 is Back On The Air After a Multi-Year Hiatus

W7YAM-12 is currently in a burn-in period to validate all works well. Currently co-located with the W7OWO-10 Gateways in CN85LH. After some mowing at the new location and situating the RMS Gateway equipment it will be located within CN85MI at around 1400 feet on Chehalem Ridge. The burn-in location is only 200 feet and surrounded by hills (Chehalem Ridge being one).

UHF W7YAM-10 Is Back In Service

After a visit to the site, fixing the two issues that caused the problem, and reorganizing the gateway hardware to make maintence a little easier,:
The W7YAM-10 UFH RMS Gateway at 441.050 is operational once again. This gateway also supports PACKET and VARA FM Digipeating as W7YAM-6.
