Considering it was originally came with Vista it has to be at least 14 years old. W7YAM-10 UHF got a replacement computer 2 years ago and the current plan is for the two to share resources until a back up computer becomes available.
*** The computer indeed had failed. Both are now operational sharing the same computer.
The rack's cooling fan failed, computers were reporting temperatures out of design operating limits. Equipment shut down until new fan available or a cooler operating environment.
Symptom:
The computer running W7YAM-12 lost its ability to connect to the internet. RMS Relay is now storing the data for local pickup, or will pass stored messages to the internet once the issue is resolved.
Status:
W7YAM-12 is back in full operation (08/12/2023)
Problem Resolution:
Router at site needed resetting. Performed a hard reboot on the router. No logs showing when last reboot of router was performed. Will perform some router diagnostics at a later date.
