FEMA sponsored a multi-regional exercise on July 9. The scenario was a 7.8 magnitude earthquake centered on Memphis, TN (the New Madrid fault). Steve K4CJX, prepared the instructions for the exercise and arranged for them to be widely distributed. Field Situation Reports were submitted by participants via Winlink.
