W7YAM-12 on Chehalem Ridge Currently Operating as a Post Office

Internet for W7YAM-12 has not been available since Saturday's thunderstorm. With no Internet, W7YAM-12 is unable to access Winlink's CMS, so it will behave as a Post Office until Internet is restored. Currently there is no estimated time for return of Internet service. On restoration of the Internet, messages in the Post Office that have not been picked up by the recipient directly from the PO, will be passed to the Internet if they are less than 30 days old.

For those using the W7YAM-12 gateway for the YCARES Winlink Net. I will be polling the Post Office for any check-ins that were delivered for either the Tactical Address YCARES-NCS or my W7OWO callsign.

As an alternative to the W7YAM-12 VARA FM Gateway, try using the 145.090 W7YAM-6 Digipeater associated with W7YAM-12 to access the 145.090 K9RCP-15 VARA FM Gateway. Packet connections to K9RCP-15 via the W7YAM-6 Digipeater are also supported.
