HB9AK: 30m RPR OK again - new QRG on 80m

HB9AK is again offering Robust Packet Radio operation on 30 m (in addition to PACTOR, WINMOR and ARDOP).
Due to frequent QRM on 80m during night time, the lower 80m frequency is changed from 3593.0 to 3591.5 kHz (dial). 3591.5 kHz is available immediately. 3593.0 will be phased out by end of April 2020. While 3591.5 and 3593.0 are scanned from 17:00z to 08:00z only, 3613.0 kHz is scanned 24h.

HB9AK fully operational again - except 30 m RPR

HB9AK is working normally now. The problems were caused by the SCS Tracker for 30 m operation. After a firmware update, it started in an operating mode that is not compatible with BPQ32. Hope to fix this soon, but for the time being, no RPR operation is offered for the 30 m QRG. On all other frequencies, RPR operation is available again.
