AG6QO Gateway Status - Feb 12, 2016

The AG6QO gateway's internet router died yesterday.
A new router is expected to be installed by midnight Feb. 12, Pacific Time, and internet service available shortly thereafter.

KK4ZUU-10 WL2K/PBBS (145.730 FM, FM18GT) -UP- 30w

Great support from packetradio.com, fixed my cable so I am back to 30w output. They are in my home state, support local small businesses.

VA3LKI RPR Trimode Operation

VA3LKI has added Robust Packet Radio to the station capability, making Trimode operation a reality.
See frequency details for 20, 30, and 40m operation in the Tools secition on the Winlink site.

Currently, the Trimode software only allows for connectivity with SCS Tracker modems. Hopefully the WDT
will add support for the other SCS modems capable of using Robust Packet.

Outstanding Volunteers

The Winlink system is run entirely by volunteers. Those called Gateway Station Sysops, who support and run over a thousand stations around the world, are special. They are essential for providing the radio network that allows us to use Winlink radio email. Without them, there is no Winlink. If you use Winlink radio email, make sure to thank your sysops by sending them an email to their RMSCALLSIGN-at-winlink.org address.You can find their contact information by mousing over their call sign on the RMS List tab here.

Apart from the Gateway Station Sysops and Development Team, there are other volunteers that run e-mail groups and tutorials, manage user accounts, register software, update the network's assets and catalogs, test and debug products, provide training, and independently write software. They all work together to keep the Winlink system running smoothly. Thank you to all the hardworking volunteers, authors and developers who contribute to the Winlink system.
