W6SCF-10 was returned to operational status at approximately 1900PDT on September 6. A very brief outage is expected during a cable swap sometime the next few days. We will continue to monitor the RMS status. Thank you for your patience.
W6SCF-10 in the south skyline area of San Mateo county has been reporting abnormally high operating temperatures in its UPS. The decision was to keep it on the air during the CZU complex fire as critical infrastructure. Now that the danger has passed it has been powered off.
A replacement UPS is tentatively scheduled to be installed on or before September 7. We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.
