K9EW-10 DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE

My Laptop died, so I'll be off the air until I get a replacement.

W7OWO-10 VHF will be down while replacing computer

Moving W7OWO-10 VHF RMS Packet and W7OWO Trimode to a new shared 12 volt powered computer. Testing has shown less power is being drawn by the new computer running at higher CPU rates than two separate computers. This should help extend battery life while running on emergency power.

W7OWO-10 VHF is changing Frequency

With a the increase of access to the planned 145.090 RMS Gateways that can be used as digipeaters to other 145.090 Gateways and Mail Boxes being set up in the region, I have chosen to move away from 145.080 to 145.030 for the local area VHF RMS Gateway I support for the Newberg/Dundee area activity.

This will be more important once I place the W7YAM-12 RMS Gateway on Chehalem Ridge, five miles north of Newberg, as it could become a hub for accessing the 145.090 linked gateways.
