W7YAM-12 @ 145.090 Has Access to the CMS Again

After 10 months of no Internet at the site, it came back on 6/8. Don't know how long it will last, as it only lasted 5 months last year when the Internet was restored after an 6 month outage. Though prior to that we had several years with minimal outages.

Currently there are plans to relocate this to a site in Newberg. Won't have the advantage of the height from the hill, but will be located at a location that is reported to have a managed Internet source and long term emergency power capabilities.

W7YAM Yamhill County EOC Trimode Station Currently Shutdown

During the clearing of underbrush in preparation for construction, the feedline for the temporary W7YAM Trimode Station antenna was accidentally severed at its egress from the building. The W7YAM Trimode station at the McMinnville EOC will now be unavailable until construction is complete and a permanent antenna is installed. Expectations are that the W7YAM-11 RMS Packet station may stay in operation.

It was quite a surprise to find the automatic tuner was able to still tune the remaining coax stub on 40 and 20 meters.

W7YAM-10 UHF & VHF Operational

Performed Windows Updates, and got the UHF system restart after a recent lockup on the PC.
