IR2UFV RMS BPQ Node off for few days

Hi dear SysOps,

my node IR2UFV-15 BPQ + IR2UFV-10 RMS is turned off for few days due to
the UPS failure. In my area the UPS is fundamental and
I can't run the equipment without it.
I hope I will return back on air during the weekend.

IR2UFV is going to stop for few days or a week

Hi all,

due to a hard disk failure, IR2UFV RMS is forced to stop operations.
I'm working on restoring basic functionalities with Packet and Pactor.
It will take a while, but we'll definitely come back ON AIR!

IR2UFV Upgrade to Pactor 4

Hi dear Winlink users,

IR2UFV has been recently upgraded with a new P4Dragon modem in order to implement Pactor 4.
The other digital modes are ARDOP, VARA, Robust Packet, WINMOR.
More info on frequencies and scheduling on winlink.org website.

Outstanding Volunteers

The Winlink system is run entirely by volunteers. Those called Gateway Station Sysops, who support and run over a thousand stations around the world, are special. They are essential for providing the radio network that allows us to use Winlink radio email. Without them, there is no Winlink. If you use Winlink radio email, make sure to thank your sysops by sending them an email to their RMSCALLSIGN-at-winlink.org address.You can find their contact information by mousing over their call sign on the RMS List tab here.

Apart from the Gateway Station Sysops and Development Team, there are other volunteers that run e-mail groups and tutorials, manage user accounts, register software, update the network's assets and catalogs, test and debug products, provide training, and independently write software.
