DBOHYC is now also accessible in Pactor as well

Since today about 1500 UTC DB0HYC is now also available in Pactor. In addition to VARA 500 and VARA 2300, the station is now also accessible in Pactor 2 and 3. The hardware for Pactor 4 is still in the pipeline. Please excuse that due to the change of hardware, the station was not available for about 2 hours.
Due to the daily increase of users, I am thinking about making 30m possible. Exciting for next winter would also be 160m - please feedback.

New RMS DB0HYC online

The new RMS station DB0HYC has been online since yesterday. The new station is located in the north of Germany and has an antenna with a low radiation angle. The antenna is placed on a wet and salty ground at a low noise QTH. DB0HYC is therefore specifically intended for the target area of the East Atlantic, Africa, the Mediterranean, the Red Sea, the North Atlantic and, of course, at certain times of the day also above. Actually the station ist active on 40m, 20m, and 15m. Currently, DB0HYC is active in Vara (fast as well as slow). Pactor 2,3,4 will follow shortly.

Outstanding Volunteers

The Winlink system is run entirely by volunteers. Those called Gateway Station Sysops, who support and run over a thousand stations around the world, are special. They are essential for providing the radio network that allows us to use Winlink radio email. Without them, there is no Winlink. If you use Winlink radio email, make sure to thank your sysops by sending them an email to their RMSCALLSIGN-at-winlink.org address.You can find their contact information by mousing over their call sign on the RMS List tab here.

Apart from the Gateway Station Sysops and Development Team, there are other volunteers that run e-mail groups and tutorials, manage user accounts, register software, update the network's assets and catalogs, test and debug products, provide training, and independently write software.
