Winlink YT7MPB will be QRV as EH4MPB

SPAIN, EA. Winlink RMS station run by Misko YT7MPB will be QRV as EH4MPB (special callsign for IEEE ComSoc DLP lectures) at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and Universidad de Valladolid, Spain, and local hotels from April 13, 2026 to April 17, 2026. Activity is planned on 20 meters using data modes Pactor 1-4, G-tor, Robust packet, HF 300bd packet, mainly for technical demo & test of Winlink RMS and BBS forwarding capabilities from/to Spain.

W6IDS STATUS

It appears that my gateay is up and running a of this evening Monday 3/30. It would be great if some testing by stations could take place.

The gateway is up on the following DIAL freq - 7060.000 (N) 7102.300 (W) 3597.000 (W) 3583.000 (N)

VK4AGD RMS on HF bands in Queensland, Australia

We changed the callsign of our RMS but not our location. Our previous RMS callsign of VK4GED is now VK4AGD. It is most often on the same frequency as VK4DJC's RMS on 7050.5 kHz (dial). With 380 kilometres between us, select whichever station gives you best access to Winlink email.

We need PCB Designer, fabricator and supply chain expertise. We need developers who can move our programs to new platforms and environments, keep pace with internet mail and security standards, and to help innovate for the future. Outstanding Volunteers

The Winlink system is run entirely by volunteers. Those called Gateway Station Sysops, who support and run over a thousand stations around the world, are special. They are essential for providing the radio network that allows us to use Winlink radio email. Without them, there is no Winlink. If you use Winlink radio email, make sure to thank your sysops by sending them an email to their RMSCALLSIGN-at-winlink.org address.You can find their contact information by mousing over their call sign on the RMS List tab here.

Apart from the Gateway Station Sysops and Development Team, there are other volunteers that run e-mail groups and tutorials, manage user accounts, register software, update the network's assets and catalogs, test and debug products, provide training, and independently write software. They all work together to keep the Winlink system running smoothly. Thank you to all the hardworking volunteers, authors and developers who contribute to the Winlink system.
