HB9AK: 40m operation optimized

Yesterday (Aug 4, 2016) the 80/40m fan dipole at HB9AK has been split into separate 80 and 40 m dipoles. This allows simultaneous servicing of those bands with separate TRXs. 40m has now a dedicated TRX (TS-590S). As from Monday Aug 8, this TRX will be fixed on 7051.5 kHz, answering all connect requests immediately. Operation on 7047.5 kHz will stop on Sunday (Aug 7). 80m shares operation with 15/17m, as the high bands are not very busy due to declining sunspot numbers.
HB9AK offers immediate response with dedicated TRXs on 40, 30 and 20 m.
